NDPC Presents Comprehensive Plan for NADPA Conference to Minister

The National Commissioner/CEO of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC), Dr Vincent Olatunji, led staff of the Commission to the office of the Honourable Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, Dr ‘Bosun Tijani, to brief him on the Commission’s progress in preparing to host the Conference and Annual General Meeting of the Network of African Data Protection Authorities (NADPA), scheduled to take place from May 6th to 8th, 2025, in Abuja.

The NDPC team delivered a comprehensive presentation outlining pre-conference, in-conference, and post-conference activities while highlighting key milestones achieved so far. Discussions also covered the conference theme, plenary sessions, and speakers, among other critical aspects.

Dr Tijani commended Dr Olatunji and his team for the level of preparation and made insightful contributions to further enhance the success of the conference. He assured the NDPC of his full support to ensure the successful hosting of the NADPA Conference.
