NDPC Inaugurates 10-Member SERVICOM Committee for Enhanced Service Delivery

At the inauguration of a 10-member Service Compact (SERVICOM) committee for Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC), the National Commissioner/CEO of the NDPC, Dr Vincent Olatunji, was joined by the National Coordinator of SERVICOM, Mrs. Nnenna Akajemeli.

During his speech, Dr Olatunji commended SERVICOM for its dedication to ensuring that effective and efficient services are delivered to Nigerians across Ministries, Departments, and Agencies. He noted that the NDPC is fully committed to SERVICOM’s mandate; hence, the inauguration of a 10-member committee within the Commission to ensure full implementation of SERVICOM’s mandate at the NDPC while promoting data protection and privacy in Nigeria.

On her part, Mrs Akajemeli commended the NDPC for its commitment to efficient service delivery to Nigerians, especially in the area of data protection and privacy. She described the NDPC as “a listening organisation” and commended the management for putting structures in place to ensure quality and timely delivery at the Commission. She noted that the Commission can only improve with the SERVICOM Committee and urged the inaugurated members to live up to the standards expected of them.
